Bob is Vice-President of Operations for JKR Excavating Ltd. He is responsible for project estimating, as well as the general management and oversight of JKR's various projects. Bob started with JKR in 2000, working in the field as part of an underground utility crew. In 2001 he switched his focus and began working as an estimator for JKR. As the company has grown over the years, Bob's role as evolved and broadened to his current position of Vice-President of Operations.
Bob was raised in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan. He attended SIAST in Moose Jaw, Sask, where he completed his certification in Civil Engineering Technology. Prior to joining JKR Excavating Ltd., Bob worked for a Calgary engineering firm conducting materials testing with soils, concrete and asphalt.
Bob lives in the Millarville area with his wife and two children.

- Has 20 years experience in the heavy construction industry and previous experience in legal land surveys.
- Is responsible for all of in house surveying.
- Operates the robotic total station daily.
- Is efficient with the use of AutoCAD
- Is responsible for design and layout of the survey.
- Continues to upgrade his education through SAIT.
- 9 years with JKR Excavating Ltd.

- Is responsible for construction and management of various residential, commercial and industrial projects.
- Has a strong knowledge of PVC, ductile iron, polyurethane, PEX, HDPE and steel pipe construction.
- Is experienced with hot taps, servicing, testing, chlorinating and high pressure crossings.
